Henna is freshly prepared and tested before being sent out. We provide aftercare instructions with every order. Steps must be followed thoroughly for great results.
It is your responsibility as an artist to inform aftercare information to clients. Natural henna stains differently on different skin types. Please test product before applying on clients as this gives peace of mind. Many clients follow poor aftercare and then complain of poor stain.
Delivery & Returns
Our henna is always prepared freshly by our dedicated team. Henna takes 3-7 working days to process. We take no responsibility for late orders which do not arrive on time. We offer 2nd class royal mail delivery. Aims to deliver within 2-3 working days depending on Royal mail services
Disclaimer: All packages are sent out second class delivery by Royal mail. It is the client’s duty to be in to collect the parcel. We do not cover for any loss due to Royal mail services. Please contact them directly for reimbursements. Tracking number available on request
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders run the risk of delays and damages during transit: we do not cover for any loss or custom fees incurred in your country
RETURNS: Natural henna is a perishable product; we do not accept returns unless package arrives damaged.

Pregnant woman, breast feeding mothers and sensitive skin users must consult with a doctor before use. Patch tests are not always effective & can give off false results .
JAGUA GEL
Although the majority are fine using jagua this product is not for everyone. EVEN IF YOU HAVE USED JAGUA BEFORE FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER YOU MUST PATCH TEST 1 MONTH PRIOR! Every supplier uses different ingredients & concentrations of products. you must run a 1 month patch test. Full ingredients are listed below (please be aware that patch tests are not always accurate; although its rare patch tests can give off false results & a rash may appear after applying full design; In rare cases customer can develop alergies after several uses. Individuals May Develop Sensitivity To Specific Ingredients Over Time, Leading To Sudden Allergies which manifest over time.You may not develop a reaction the first time you use a product. Symptoms can become obvious over time as you continue to use a product.
