Although labelled in UK sizes 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18, these dresses run slightly smaller than standard sizing. We recommend treating them as closer to a UK 10–12 fit. If you’re between sizes or a fuller size 12, we suggest sizing up for the best fit.

Returns Period

• Clothing can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

• You must notify us within this time if you wish to return your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must:

• Have the tamper-proof seal intact. Once the seal is removed, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Have all tags intact.

• Be free from any marks, damage, or scent (including perfume, deodorant, or smoke).

Return Postage

• The buyer is responsible for covering return postage costs.

• We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items with the tamper-proof seal removed or missing.

• Items not returned in their original condition.
